Offrez-leur une nouvelle vie grâce à une nouvelle sangle en nylon ou un nouveau déclencheur via notre service de réparation Camalot™ assuré par notre équipe de garantie. Il vous suffit d'acheter la quantité de coinceurs nécessitant une réparation (vous recevrez une confirmation de commande), puis d'attendre qu'un spécialiste du service vous envoie par e-mail les instructions d'expédition pour vos coinceurs.
Fonctionnement
- Étape 1 : Choisissez le service de réparation (remplacement de sangle ou de câble de gâchette) que vous souhaitez ; ajoutez la quantité désirée de coinceurs à réparer à votre panier.
- Étape 2 : Procédez au paiement lorsque vous êtes prêt. Vous recevrez une confirmation de commande une fois votre commande passée.
- Étape 3 : Veuillez attendre que notre équipe de service vous contacte avec des instructions supplémentaires, y compris une autorisation de retour (AR). Cela peut prendre jusqu'à 72 heures, mais peut varier selon la saison. Ce contact sera séparé de votre confirmation de commande.
Veuillez noter : Durée de vie des coinceurs Ultralight (UL) - Veuillez noter que le noyau Dyneema utilisé dans les Camalots Ultralight a une durée de vie utile d'environ 10 ans à compter de la date de fabrication. Tout coinceur UL ayant atteint ou dépassé cette période peut être jugé impropre à la réparation et vous être retourné sans service.
Veuillez noter : Les services de remplacement de la gâchette et du ré-élingage sont des réparations, et présenteront des différences esthétiques par rapport à votre coinceur d'origine, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter :
- Styles de sangle mis à jour
- Style de câblage de la gâchette mis à jour
- Alignement différent des points d'arrêt
- Couleur de fil différente utilisée dans les points d'arrêt
Votre coinceur réparé aura une sangle de couleur assortie, mais elle peut avoir un aspect ou une texture légèrement différente de la sangle d'origine. Cela est dû au fait que la sangle a une durée de vie. Black Diamond ne stocke pas les sangles utilisées sur les anciens coinceurs, et à mesure que nous épuisons nos stocks, nous passerons aux styles de sangle actuels. Veuillez prévoir jusqu'à 1 semaine pour une réponse contenant votre AR, et un délai de traitement de 4 à 5 semaines pour votre demande de réparation de coinceur. Quick and easy
"The whole process was straight forward and smooth. I sent in 11 different style cams (C4, C3, UL, Z4) that needed to be re-slung and several also needed trigger repairs. All the new slings and trigger wires look great and are ready for action! The whole process took about 2 1/2 weeks from when I sent them out. I plan on sending in a bunch more soon! The only thing that I should have paid attention to (which is clearly stated in the product description) is that ultra-light cams older than 10 years cannot be re-slung."
