"I broke the bottom section of my old compact hiking poles. Don't even remember when I got them it was so far back in the mists of time. I was told they were too old for parts to be available anymore. But when I checked the online catalog, this one looked identical to me. At the price it was worth taking a chance and lo, for it was seen that it fitteth my old pole as if it had been made for it. I now believe in resurrection. Hallelujah and another set of poles saved from the landfill."
