"I have the sequence pants and love them so I thought I would like these, but the style/cut is awful. I am 5’10 and 140 lbs. I got a size medium. The size “fits” but the cut of shorts or the style is off. They are uncomfortable if you want to do anything active. The only time I feel comfortable in them is standing still lol. The inseam when you put them on is about 2. 5 inches but there is so much material from the inseam to the waist it looks awkward while sitting. It also causes them to feel weird while walking or hiking like you are fitting against the material instead of it moving with you. Recommend against purchasing these."

"I know the fit was a 5 Pocket use was a 4 ( back pocket was hard to un button with one hand) Look was a 5 When I first got the shorts, I noticed how soft they we're. I got the mediums and I'm between an 8-10 and they fit perfectly. The waste band is very comfortable, and the drawstring adds an extra sense of security with needing to be tightened up if needed. I wore the shorts for hikes and walks and used the back pocket for my phone, the snap was easy to use with one hand to open the pocket for my phone. The pockets we're deep enough for my phone to be held in as well. I loved the orange aglets on the drawstring, it brings a pop of color to the shorts."
"love the waist, very soft and no uncomfortable elastic waist against the skin. Legs are very roomy and would not be appropriate for all activities like climbing. I love the design of the waist because it has a soft next to skin, gasket waist liner protects you against skin chaffing of the elastic/drawstring closure. The rip stop fabric feels really durable, and the slant pockets are really generous in size. The inseam is fairly short and when combined with the wide leg opening, it wouldn’t hide much especially if I were too high step or a heel hook. Ie I’d be showing off all my underwear lol. The overall fit reminds me of a Patagonia baggy short, but I wish it had a built in underwear so I wouldn’t have to worry about revealing"
