"Just received my new poles and the flick locks are WAY over tightened. Couldn't open them. . . hurt my thumbs trying. I loosened them with a screw driver and they seem ok now, but why would they come with the flick locks so over tightened that a grown man (with strong thumbs!) can't open them? This is a quality assurance issue that really should be checked before they leave the factory/warehouse."
